The last two weeks have gone by in a whirlwind of driving, eating out, sightseeing, and exploring bars and breweries around the Big Sky area. Isn't this what you always do anyway Gabe? Perhaps, but not at this scale. The last two weekends I have had the pleasure of being host to first my girlfriend's Mom and then my girlfriend's Dad and Stepmom. It honestly never gets old showing people the wonders of this amazing area we live in. From Yellowstone National Park, to Hyalite Reservoir, to Hebgen Lake, to a Tribal Seeds concert in Bozeman, to the many different alchohol-pouring destinations scattered across this beautiful area, I was thrilled to build their hype on Montana. Its a good feeling to have parental units see what you have gotten yourself into and approve. Especially as the boyfriend I feel it is important to show guests a good time. It was neat seeing their faces light up at the various sights on the tour and it made me remember how stoked I first was moving out here. I cannot take what this place offers for granted. The best part about parents coming to visit??? They seem to love to pay for everything. So come one, come all, come get a Montana tour in exchange for beer and laughs.
